RR vs RCB: Rajasthan and Bangalore face to face today, Sanju eyeing a hat-trick of victory, Yuzvendra Chahal’s challenge in front of RCB

Rajasthan team has excellent batsmen and bowlers, but there is a dearth of good all-rounders. At the same time, captain Faf du Plessis and Anuj Rawat are opening the innings RCB. Duplessis is in good touch but Rawat needs to improve his performance.

A confident Rajasthan Royals team after winning both their first matches will take to the field to complete a hat-trick of wins in the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the IPL today. Rajasthan Royals (RR) beat Mumbai Indians (MI) by 23 runs.

On the other hand, the Faf du Plessis-led RCB had registered a close three-wicket win over Kolkata Knight Riders after losing their first match. The Wankhede Stadium pitch is helping the fast bowlers initially and both teams would like to take advantage of it.

Jos Buttler is in excellent form

Opening batter Jos Buttler is running in terrific form for Rajasthan Royals (RR). Jos Buttler scored a century against Mumbai Indians (MI) on Saturday. However, he will need cooperation from Yashasvi and Devdutt Padikkal. Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson was unsuited to convert a good start against Mumbai Indians into a large score after scoring a half-century in the first match.

Sanju Samson would like to leave no stone unturned to show the way. At the same time, West Indies batsman Hetmyer scored runs in the first two matches. These five batsmen can create trouble for the RCB bowlers. Boult, Prashant Krishna, and Saini have done well in the bowling so far while spinners Ashwin and Chahal’s 8 overs will be important.

Batting concern for RCB

Sri Lankan leg-spinner Hasaranga is leading the bowling of RCB. Apart from them, Willey, Akash Deep, and Siraj will also have to perform as well as in the last match. Death overs specialist Patel will have to do his best if RCB is to curb Rajasthan’s batsmen.

For Banglore, batting is better of a problem than bowling. Opener Anuj Rawat has not been able to show consistency, while Du Plessis will need to score a great score again. At the same time, Kohli would also like to move forward with his excellent form.
